THE POINTE ROYALE CONDOMINIUM OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC (COA) is governed by a board of Directors consisting of six elected members who govern and manage the Condo Assn. and condominium common property according to the condominium declaration and the by-laws within the annual budget. The condominium common property basically consists of the grounds and the main structure and exteriors of the condominium buildings and the maintenance buildings and equipment owned by the Condo Assn

COA Fees cover administrative and operating costs including capital improvements, building and liability insurance, exterior maintenance and repairs, landscaping, sewer equipment and repairs. Condo Assn. fees are based on the square footage of each unit including that unit’s limited common elements such as decks. 2024 annual fees are based on $2.08 per square foot and can be paid in monthly increments.
