The meeting facilities are available for rent to the public. Owners and guests  receive reduced rental rates.

Pointe Royale is the perfect place to combine business and pleasure. Our multipurpose meeting facilities combined with our recreation facilities and on-site nightly rental condominiums make Pointe Royale the obvious choice for family reunions, company golf outings, sales meetings and incentives, weddings and other social events.   The Royale Room is more intimate and can accommodate up to 50 people. It is intended for smaller social functions such as bridge clubs and smaller meeting and reunion groups, and is furnished with finished tables and chairs and other fine furnishings. Plenty of window space provides a view of the aquatic complex.   A small Executive Conference Room is located on the lower level of the complex, just off Tony Z's 19th Hole. It can accommodate up to 12 people for executive sessions or small private meetings.   Catering for meetings and weddings is available from Champ's Place 19th Hole. Informal barbeque and social events may be hosted on an expansive patio between the restaurant and the aquatic complex.
