THE POINTE ROYALE  GOLF COMMITTEE consists of 7 members. These members are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the golf course, pro shop, associated equipment and capital improvements. Revenues are derived from greens fees, cart fees and golf assessments which are determined by the budget prepared and adopted by the golf committee. The 2011 GOLF assessment for each property owner is $435 per year.
